2. Data we process

• Identification and contact data: name, email, phone, company and current website.
• The content of your messages and quote requests, including the services selected.
• Technical browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering enquiries and contact messages — basis: consent and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
• Preparing and sending quotes — basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Managing the contractual relationship and invoicing — basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
• Aggregated web analytics to improve the site — basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. Retention periods

Enquiry and quote data that does not lead to a contract is kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact. Data arising from a contractual relationship is kept for the duration of the contract and then for the applicable statutory tax and commercial limitation periods (generally 6 years). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.

5. Recipients and processors

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. We use technology providers acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR agreements:

• Cloud hosting and database providers.
• Email and messaging providers used to reply to you.
• Web analytics providers, only if you give consent.

6. International transfers

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. You warrant that the data you provide is accurate and undertake to notify us of any changes.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 through this website.
