Terms of service
Last updated: 2 September 2026
These general terms govern the contracting of the web design, redesign, development and maintenance services offered through this website.
1. Service provider
Webexora is a trade name operated by PACK2SEND SAU, tax ID A09630310. Full details in the legal notice.
2. Services and prices
Services and prices are described in the services section. All prices are shown in euros excluding VAT; Spanish VAT at 21% will be added, except in duly evidenced reverse-charge or intra-Community transactions.
The final price of each project is confirmed in the individual quote accepted by the client, which prevails over the indicative information on the website.
3. Contracting process
- The client selects services and requests a quote through the cart, contact form, WhatsApp or email.
- A detailed quote is sent with scope, timescales and payment terms.
- Express acceptance of the quote (in writing or electronically) forms the contract.
- The engagement is confirmed and the project starts according to the agreed schedule.
4. Payment methods
Unless otherwise agreed, projects are paid 50% on acceptance of the quote and 50% before go-live. Monthly plans are invoiced in advance each month. Bank transfer is accepted and, where enabled, electronic payment through a secure gateway.
5. Timescales and client collaboration
Stated timescales start when the client delivers the required content and access. Delays in that delivery extend the completion date proportionally.
6. Subscription term and cancellation
Monthly plans have no minimum term and renew automatically each month. They may be cancelled with at least 30 days' notice before the next renewal, with no penalty.
7. Right of withdrawal
Where the client is a consumer under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, they have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract without justification, by notifying us by email.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke design and development services once fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost, nor to goods or digital content made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies or professionals contracting within their business activity.
8. Ownership of deliverables
Once the price has been paid in full, the client acquires the rights to use and exploit the design and content specifically created for their project. Reusable tools, libraries and components developed by the provider remain its property.
9. Warranty and support
Technical defects attributable to the development and reported within 30 days of go-live are corrected free of charge. Scope changes, new features and issues caused by third-party intervention are not included.
10. Complaints, applicable law and jurisdiction
You may send any complaint to info@webexora.com. These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the competent courts are those of their domicile; otherwise, those of the provider's domicile.
